Terms and Conditions

ARMA International wants you to know that we’re keeping your information confidential. Although the Cobalt Award does not require you to divulge sensitive data, all involved with administering and judging the submissions are required to sign a non-disclosure agreement. Keeping your application data secure is a priority.

Applicants will be asked to agree to the terms and conditions of participation in the award process. We recommend that you review the terms prior to paying the application fee, as the terms cannot be amended or negotiated.

In addition,

• All finalists for ARMA International’s Cobalt Award must agree to an on-site visit by one or more official award judges for further evaluation, as well of the possibility of telephone or web-based interviews.
  
  
• Winners will discuss promotional efforts with ARMA International and agree on ways their success will be promoted to the wider ARMA International and business community.
