His career spans law enforcement and corporate information governance, beginning as a police officer and detective in Australia before moving to the U.S., where he served as a records supervisor for a police department. He went on to hold senior records management roles at Fruit of the Loom and Trinity Industries before joining Zillow. Mark is a Certified Records Manager (CRM).
