What Time Does Registration Open?
Registration Opens at:
- 8:00am on Thursday, February 26
- 7:30am on Friday, February 27
Where Do I Go Upon Arrival?
All meeting space will be on the 5th floor and is accessible by the elevators in the main lobby.
ARMA and Carahsoft staff will be on-hand to direct you onsite.
Is Parking Available?
Yes - Carahsoft offers complimentary onsite parking for all attendees.
Parking is open; no permit is required.
Is Carahsoft Accessible Via Metro?
The Wiehle–Reston East (Silver Line) Metro station is 0.7 miles from the venue.

Dress code is business casual - please no jeans.

While this is a free event, we respectfully request to be notified if you are no longer able to attend as planned. Kindly submit all cancellation notices to Conference@armaintl.org.

By registering for the Public Sector InfoGov Summit 2026, you agree to receive conference-related emails, text messages, and other electronic communications from ARMA International. You acknowledge that your contact information will be entered into the event registration system and website.
By registering for the Public Sector InfoGov Summit 2026, you grant ARMA International explicit permission to include your email address in a list provided to attendees, exhibitors, and business partners participating in the event. If you’d like to opt out, please email Conference@armaintl.org.
By registering for the Public Sector InfoGov Summit 2026, you grant full permission to ARMA International to use and distribute any images, videos, and audio of you captured at our event for the purposes of event documentation, media coverage, or future promotion. Photographs and videos may be published on ARMA International’s website, social media accounts, or in other digital and print publications. If you’d like to opt out, please email Conference@armaintl.org.

Code of Conduct
ARMA International is committed to providing a safe, productive, and welcoming environment for the entire RIM/IG community and ARMA International staff. All conference participants, including, but not limited to, attendees, speakers, volunteers, exhibitors, sponsors, staff, and service providers, are expected to comply with this code of conduct. It applies to all ARMA International events, including those sponsored by companies and organizations held in conjunction with ARMA International, in public or private facilities.
ARMA International does not tolerate any form of discrimination or harassment. In response to any incident of unacceptable behavior, ARMA International reserves the right to take any action deemed necessary and appropriate, including immediate removal from the event without refund and the right to prohibit attendance at any future event.
Examples of Unacceptable Behavior
- Harassment, intimidation, or discrimination.
- Physical or verbal abuse.
- Inappropriate verbal comments related to gender, age, pregnancy, marital status, sexual orientation, disability, personal appearance, race, religion, or national origin.
- Inappropriate use of nudity and/or sexual images in public spaces or in presentations.
- Harassing, threatening, or stalking.
- Unwanted touching, unwanted remarks of a sexual nature, unwelcome comments about someone’s body or personal appearance, and unwelcome attention.
If you experience harassment or notice that someone else is being harassed, contact either Nathan Hughes, at nate.hughes@armaintl.org, or Tricia Smith, at tricia.smith@armaintl.org, so that we may investigate and take appropriate action.
Responsible Drinking
At ARMA International events, including receptions, where both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are served, attendees and staff who choose to drink alcoholic beverages are expected to drink responsibly. ARMA International and convention, hotel, or venue event staff have the right to deny service to attendees for any reason and may require an attendee to leave the event.
Personal Safety and Security
ARMA International is committed to providing a safe and secure environment at its events by working with venue staff to make sure everyone is safe. We ask that attendees report any questionable or concerning activity to ARMA International or convention, hotel, or venue event staff.
- Be aware of your surroundings at all times.
- Do not wear earbuds.
- Use the buddy system when walking to and from event venues, including networking event locations during early or late hours.
- Don’t wear your meeting badge on the street. Take it off as soon as you leave the building/venue.
- Don’t carry a lot of cash or credit cards. Leave in your hotel room safe.
- Don’t leave personal property unattended anywhere, anytime.
