
ARMA Verified Organization Program
ARMA’s Verified Organization program helps to recognize organizations who have established a level of education and commitment to furthering the Information Governance profession. Such preferred status will help identify those companies that are highly credible and that employ professionals who are staying current within this dynamic field.
To become an ARMA Verified Organization, a company must demonstrate that a required number of its staff – including practitioners and consultants – have attained either their Essentials of RIM Certificate, Essentials of IG Certificate, and/or the IGP certification; maintain Professional Membership for those applicable employees; and established their commitment to supporting their organization’s growth around records and information management. Armed with a Professional Membership, your team will have access to countless free and discounted ARMA courses, webinars, publications, events, and more, which affords them even more opportunities for industry knowledge and credibility.
ARMA Verified Organizations receive a graphical seal that marks their recognition, which they can use on their website and in marketing materials. Employees of ARMA Verified Organizations may also use this graphical seal on their LinkedIn profiles and email signatures. All ARMA Verified Organizations are highlighted and recognized on the ARMA website.
Formal acceptance includes an application process and an annual fee. Accepted organizations will be required to maintain an ARMA Industry Membership. As an ARMA Industry Member, a company belongs to an elite group that is committed to the ongoing progress of the Information profession.
